Meanwhile, 47 homes got ratified contracts this week in all price points and locations. The average list price of those ratified dropped this week to $598,000 and the average days on market also dropped to 54.
Interest rates fluctuated this week on news of a poor employment report and then bolstered by a rally on Wall Street. Interest rates ended the week dropping a few basis points to just under 4% for a 30-yr fixed rate.
