Arlington County Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred shortly after 5 p.m. yesterday (Tuesday.)
The robbery happened on the 1800 block of Key Blvd, in the Colonial Village neighborhood near Rosslyn. Police say a man with a gun and two others robbed a couple in a car of their belongings.

ROBBERY, 2017-09050034, 1800 block of Key Boulevard. At approximately 5:19 p.m. on September 5, officers responded to the report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined that three male suspects approached a male and female victim at their parked vehicle. One male suspect brandished a firearm and demanded the victims’ personal belongings. The three male suspects then fled the scene on foot with the victims’ possessions. The victims were not injured. Officers canvassed the area with negative results. The male suspect that brandished the firearm is described as a 20-30 year old black male, 5’11-6′ tall, approximately 180-220 pounds with an average build, wearing a dark colored sweatshirt. The second male suspect is described as a 20-30 years old, approximately 5’11-6′ tall, weighing 180-220 pounds with an average build, wearing a dark colored sweatshirt with his face covered by the hood. There is no description of the third suspect. The investigation is ongoing.

BURGLARY, 2017-09050198, 300 block of N. Glebe Road. At approximately 5:43 p.m. on September 5, officers responded to the report of a burglary just discovered. Upon arrival it was determined that an unknown suspect entered a residence and stole items of value. There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY, 2017-09020152, 3600 block of John Marshall Drive. At approximately 4:11 p.m. on September 2, officers responded to the report of a possible late breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined that a known suspect entered a residence and stole items of value. The investigation is ongoing.
WEAPONS VIOLATION, 2017-09020067, 1300 block of S. Dinwiddie Street. At approximately 4:05 a.m. on September 2, officers responded to the report of shots fired. Upon arrival, it was determined that a known male suspect fired a gun at a wall following a verbal argument. No injuries were reported. Zachary Ross, 52, of Arlington, VA, was arrested and charged with Discharge of a Firearm, Attempted Malicious Wounding and Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony. He was held on no bond.
MISSILE INTO OCCUPIED DWELLING, 2017-09040028, 1300 block of N. Glebe Road. At approximately 2:08 a.m. on September 4, officers responded to the report of destruction of property. Upon arrival, it was determined that a water bottle was thrown at a residential window, causing it to shatter. No injuries were reported. While responding, officers encountered two male subjects walking in the area. While speaking with the subjects, one male admitted to throwing the water bottle through the window. Maxwell Larimore, 19, of Fredericksburg, VA, was arrested and charged with Drunk in Public, Underage Possession of Alcohol and Missile into Occupied Dwelling. He was held on an unsecured bond of $3000.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2017-09040231, 800 block of S. Harrison Street. At approximately 10:21 p.m. on September 4, officers responded to the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival it was determined that an unknown subject opened the unlocked front door at approximately 8:45 p.m. When the victim neared the front door, the subject fled the scene without entering the residence. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY FROM AUTO, 2017-08260116, S. Joyce Street at Columbia Pike. At approximately 3:40 p.m. on August 30, officers responded to the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival it was determined that a male victim reported observing a subject that was involved in a Larceny from Auto from his vehicle on August 26. Officers canvased the area and located two subjects. One subject was positively identified by the victim as the one who stole from his vehicle. James Walker-Bullock, 18, of Washington, DC, was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny, Conspiracy and Tampering. He was held on no bond.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 2017-08290245, 1400 block of N. Courthouse Road. At approximately 10:34 p.m. on August 30, police were dispatched to the report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, officers determined that following a verbal argument between known individuals, the suspect struck the victim in the face with a knife, causing a laceration. The victim was transported to Virginia Hospital Center with non-life threatening injuries. Mamadou Seck, 28, of No Fixed Address was arrested and charged with Malicious Wounding. He was held on no bond.
LARCENY FROM AUTO (SERIES), 2017-083100173, N. Taylor Street at 18th Street N. At approximately 4:12 p.m. on August 30, police were dispatched to the report of a larceny from auto that had just occurred. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that approximately five vehicles were entered and items of value were stolen. A responding officer witnessed three suspects matching the description fleeing towards the metro and broadcast a lookout. Officers responded to the metro station and observed two of the suspects. Following a brief foot pursuit, one juvenile suspect was taken into custody by officers. A second suspect was also taken into custody by officers. Nathan Outlaw, 19, of Washington, DC, was arrested and charged with three counts of Credit Card Theft. Additional charges are anticipated. Petitions have been sought for the juvenile suspect.
