A Donaldson Run house steps from Marymount University has captured the attention of a popular, real estate-focused social media account.

Zillow Gone Wild — which has 4.3 million followers across multiple social platforms — posted about the four-story home at 4605 26th Street N., showcasing its personal movie theater, extensive bar area and more.

“Most importantly… it has a dog bath,” the account wrote on X, better known as Twitter.

The six-bed, seven-bath house went on the market last month with a $3.9 million price tag, Zillow reports. The 7,644 square-foot residence was valued at $3.02 million by county assessors earlier this year.

Equipped with more than $150,000 in improvements and luxury features, the home features a bathroom with full-slab marble walls, custom shades in several rooms and Brizo Luxe Gold kitchen fixtures, according to the listing.

The single family home first sold new for $3.5 million in September 2022 after it was built, according to county records. The previous home on the property, visible via Google Street View, was valued at $961,600 in 2020 prior to its demolition.

Zillow Gone Wild, which highlights opulent, interesting and weird properties around the country, inspired a new HGTV series of the same name last year. The show, hosted by actor Jack McBrayer of “30 Rock” fame, finished airing its first season last month.
