Adoptable Pet of the Week: Burra

Searching for a furry addition to the family?

Meet Burra, a lovely and sweet cat who is ready to snuggle! This adorable girl is up for adoption through the Animal Welfare League of Arlington and currently in foster.

Her friends had this to say about her:

Burra is a sweet and curious kitty.

She loves to sniff whatever you have around, and will tentatively explore her surroundings. She loves to come out and be playful when people are around, and entertains herself quietly when she’s alone.

If you’re looking for a cutie who wants to snuggle at night and play during the day, Burra is the kitty for you!

Burra is FELV+. FeLV (feline leukemia) is a viral infection that affects the immune system and bone marrow. FELV is not contagious to humans or other animals, however, Burra should be the only cat in his new home, or with other FeLV+ cats. Burra is expected to live a perfectly happy, if slightly shorter life, and has so much love to give! A staff member is happy to answer any questions you may have.

Her adoption fee is free thanks to a generous donor!

Is Burra a match for you? Is she the fluffy companion you’ve been searching for? Check her entire profile to learn more and how to start the adoption process!
