Nadia C Niedojadlo (Age 59)
Nadia Niedojadlo
Died of lung cancer on April 6th, 2025
A fashionable bon vivant hairdresser with fiery red hair, Nadia was a woman who was about passion, not passivity. A lady who reveled in Halloween, she lived to the fullest, taking in everything and enjoying life in full. Independent from a young age, Nadia travelled widely and was all about discovery and new experiences. She loved the arts, gardening, music, cats and people. Especially people. And especially cats! She followed politics and never failed to have pride in casting her ballot. She built a chosen family everywhere she went and was well-known in the Columbia Forest neighborhood of Arlington, where she lived for more than 20 years. She was a neighbor, a friend, a proud “single lady” and a sister from another mother. She is survived by her brother, Patrick Niedo, and many with whom she formed valued bonds with, bonds which will not be forgotten. Donations in her honor can be made to the Animal Welfare League of Arlington. Thanks to the staff of VHC, who were a huge support in her final days. Adieu, ma chère amie.
