Police investigating possible armed robbery outside of H-B Woodlawn

A trio of teen suspects, one of whom appeared to be armed with a gun, robbed another teen on a school soccer field Tuesday.

The robbery happened outside of the H-B Woodlawn building in Rosslyn, police said, and the suspects fled with a backpack and clothing.

ROBBERY (late), 2026-04210168,1600 block of Wilson Boulevard. At approximately 5:39 p.m. on April 21, police were dispatched to the late report of a robbery. It was determined that the juvenile male [victim] was on the soccer field at HB Woodlawn when he was approached by three juvenile male suspects, one of which is known to him. Suspect One displayed what appeared to be a firearm. The three suspects stole the victims backpack and articles of clothing before fleeing the scene on foot. No injuries were reported. The victim ran away from the area and notified police. The investigation into the circumstances of this incident is ongoing.
