A Code Red means air pollution has reached a level considered unhealthy for the general population, not just sensitive groups like children, older adults and people with asthma.

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Five years after becoming the first Southern state to legalize possession of marijuana, Virginia has approved a legal way to sell it to recreational users.
