A very merry Christmas and happy holidays to my fellow Arlingtonians! This is always one of my favorite times of year, spent with my beautiful family, kids and loved ones.
And, like most you, I’m always on the hunt for a good bargain when it comes to those last-minute Christmas deals. As I take a look at this week’s batch of spotlighted homes, this holiday week is certainly no exception to the norm in terms of homes’ prices being reduced.
Sure, you may not be able to close on a home before Christmas… but it’s never too early to get rolling on one of the greatest gifts of all: Home ownership.
When you’re ready to GET MORE out of your home search, give me a shout. In the meantime, I hope Santa is kind to you and yours this Christmas!
