As we’re sure you’ve picked up on in recent times, inventory has been tight and houses are not lasting long out there. However, looking at this week’s Just Reduced figures, we’ve eclipsed the “50 price reductions in the past week” mark for the first time in a year-plus.
So, while some properties are flying off the shelf at or above listing price, there are a decent amount offerings out there with pricing wiggle room. And, just remember, these Just Reduced prices should only be the beginning of your negotiations.

- 1210 N. Taft Street #606, 22201 — NOW: $347,500 (Reduced: $2,000 on 4/30)

Arlington’s fair housing enforcement, education, and commitment to equity practices in housing policy and programs are beginning to show signs of improvement but much more needs to be done.

The half-day, in-person event will feature speakers from fair housing advocacy organizations and government agencies including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and focus on fair housing policy trends in Virginia and Arlington County. The conference aims to advance the understanding of issues and policies related to equity and affirmatively further fair housing among local officials, advocates, and members of the public.
