By now, you’ve likely heard the classic “12 Days of Christmas” tune a few times out and about.
While we may not be 12 days out from Christmas Day, we’re actually only 10 out at this point! So, if you’ve slacked on getting your loved one a little something and have the means/intentions to, there is your friendly reminder, folks.
On the real estate front, collective energy has visibly shifted to the holidays. Whereas we were seeing 50 to 60 reduced properties per week, our figure this week is nearly 25% of that. But, that doesn’t mean that some folks aren’t still out there hustling.
If your ideal home is floating out there or you have a real estate need to fulfill, there is still time to make it happen. And, in those cases and well beyond, the time-tested team at Arlington Realty, Inc. is here to advocate on your behalf.
Until then, enjoy all the holiday spirit brings and here are this week’s Just Reduced numbers.
