This past week saw 29 homes sold in Arlington.
The least expensive condo, single-family home or townhouse sale over the past seven days was $140,000 while the most expensive was $2,800,000.
Over the past month, meanwhile, a total of 11 townhouses were sold. Let’s take a look at some of the most and least expensive townhouses sold over the past month.
Most expensive townhouses sold
- 734 N Wakefield Street — $1,570,000 (5 Beds | 4.5 Baths | 4,398 SQ FT)
- 1170 N Utah Street — $995,000 (4 Beds | 3.5 Baths | 2,375 SQ FT)
- 1014 N Cleveland Street — $969,000 (4 Beds | 3.5 Baths | 2,160 SQ FT)
Least expensive townhouses sold
- 2619 S Troy Street — $574,900 (2 Beds | 2 Baths | 1,737 SQ FT)
- 2631 S Uhle Street — $621,000 (3 Beds | 2 Baths | 1,512 SQ FT)
- 5832 Washington Boulevard — $625,000 (2 Beds | 2 Baths | 850 SQ FT)
“There are currently 383 homes for sale, of those homes 217 are condos, 138 are detached homes, and 28 are townhomes,” according to Homesnap. “The median sales price is $630,000 and the median list price is $749,875.”

The Optimist Club of Arlington is holding its 77th annual Christmas tree sale!
This year, the tree sale will be held at the Knights of Columbus (5115 Little Falls Road). The lot opens for sales on November 24th. The Optimist Club is selling small and large trees ranging from tabletop size to 10 foot tall trees! Wreaths, garland, tree stands, and White House Christmas ornaments will also be for sale.
100% of all proceeds go towards helping Arlington County youth.
