Coral Gundlach here with Coral Gundlach Homes at Compass in Arlington. I’ve been an Arlington homeowner since 2001 and a Realtor since 2004. I love this real estate market, even though it has its challenges.
It’s finally acting like spring with showers and sunshine happening all within hours. Mid April is when the new listings should start hitting the market, and we are seeing a slight increase from last week.
As of today (Friday, April 12) there are 241* listings Active in Arlington — not all of those are new. Of those, 72 were either listed or re-listed in the last week; listings Active in Arlington — not all of those are new. Of those 191, 41 were either listed or re-listed in the last week.
- Detached listings: There are 33 active detached listings, up from 18 two weeks ago.
- Townhouses listings: There are 29 Active non-condo townhouses, 13 are active and listed in the last week
- Condos/Co-ops: There are 115 Active condos/co-ops, 28 are active and listed in the last week.
It is nice to see the numbers finally going up. There are many buyers out there looking for homes to buy in Arlington!
