A unique breakfast option is coming to Clarendon later this summer.

Boasting gourmet toast dishes and other options, Toastique is targeting September to open its first Arlington location.

It will be the chain’s second Northern Virginia location, following one in Alexandria.

Located at 3100 Clarendon Blvd, the space for the 1,500 square-foot restaurant had been subdivided from the neighboring Pacers Running store, Toastique president & chief financial officer Kyle Izett told ARLnow.

The eatery offers eight different gourmet toast options, each topped with ingredients like avocado, prosciutto, burrata and more. The menu also features a variety of acai bowls and smoothies, as well as cold-pressed juices and wellness shots.

Toastique’s first location opened in 2018 in D.C. The chain now has locations in nine states with plans to open in six more.
