A new steakhouse with table-side Korean grilling is expected to soft open early next month in Falls Church.

Seoul Prime promises to combine “the robust flavors of traditional Korean grilling” with “the elegance of an American steakhouse” on the ground floor of Founders Row, an apartment building at 106 Founders Avenue that is also home to several other restaurants.

“Our menu showcases the finest cuts of beef, cooked to perfection on traditional Korean grills embedded in each table,” the restaurant’s website says. “This unique setup allows our guests to experience the joy of Korean Steakhouse in an intimate and interactive way.”

With “a singular focus” on grilling beef, the steakhouse plans to serve cuts from the Shenandoah Valley and Appalachia. Its menu is listed as “coming soon.”

Seoul Prime’s ownership was not available for comment.

The restaurant will join others on Founders Row including Ellie Bird, the 2024 RAMMY winner for Best New Restaurant, as well as NUE Elegantly Vietnamese and Chasin’ Tails, which was formerly located in Arlington.
