JUST IN: Arrest made in Rosslyn rape case

An Ohio man has been arrested and charged with raping a woman in a Rosslyn area apartment last year.

The crime happened in the early morning hours of Oct. 29, 2023, after police say an “unknown male suspect gained entry to the victim’s residence, entered her bedroom… then raped the victim before fleeing the residence on foot.”

This afternoon Arlington County police announced that a 20-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio was arrested by police there and extradited to Virginia to face charges in the case.

More, below, from ACPD.

The Arlington County Police Department’s Special Victims Unit is announcing the arrest of the suspect in a 2023 rape in the Radnor/Ft. Myer Heights neighborhood.
