A vehicle carjacked on Sunday by a pair of suspects in a Pentagon City parking garage has been located.
Arlington County police said today in a crime report that the vehicle was “recovered in Washington, DC” but the suspects are still at large.
The carjacking happened just before 4:30 p.m. Sunday, reportedly on an upper floor of the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City mall garage. The victims, a man and a woman, were carjacked by two masked, male suspects, one of whom had a gun, according to ACPD.
The suspects then drove off in the stolen car, ACPD said. Police were called after the victims walked into Nordstrom and asked for help, according to scanner traffic.
