Spring is here, and so are the blooms across Arlington National Cemetery’s 639 acres.
The cemetery just released a video showcasing its grounds in full spring splendor: flowering trees, rolling green hills and quiet moments among the headstones.
The two-minute reel, as in years past, offers a peaceful look — complete with relaxation-inducing music — at the seasonal transformation underway across the Level III Accredited Memorial Arboretum.
The cemetery is inviting the public to experience the blooms in person with a series of free Spring Horticulture Tours led by its horticulture team. The guided walks cover the arboretum’s extensive plant collection and the practices used to maintain the grounds.
The upcoming tour dates are:
- Memorial Arboretum Walking Tour — Friday, March 27, 9-11 a.m.
