* WHERE…The District of Columbia. In Maryland, Anne Arundel, Prince Georges, and Charles Counties. In Virginia, King George County, and Arlington/Falls Church/Alexandria.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
