A tasting extravaganza is coming to the food hall above the Rosslyn Metro station next month.
A Taste of Upside, happening from 2-5 p.m. on June 27, will offer samplings from Upside on Moore’s vendors alongside live entertainment and activities.
General admission starts at $44 and includes six “tasting tickets,” which can be exchanged for bites at different vendors — each of which intends to offer three protein options and a vegetarian option to choose from. The event will also include a live DJ, activities and pinball games from The Pinball Basement on the first floor.
“Experience the best of UPSIDE on Moore at this all-in tasting event featuring specialty bites, live music, games, and a lively community atmosphere,” Upside said in a press release. “Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy food from all of our restaurants, including authentic tacos, sushi rolls, sliders, dumplings, pizza, sandwiches, and more.”
“VIP” upgraded admission comes with two extra tickets, a complimentary draft beer or wine, access to a private lounge area and dedicated seating for $71.
The following vendors are confirmed to participate, according to the food hall.
- Ghostburger (burgers)
- Neko Panchi (Japanese, sushi and small plates)
- La Michoacana (Mexican street food)
- Tony Boloney’s (pizza and sandwiches)
- Lili’s (American)
- Little Tiger Dumplings (Chinese)
