D.C. Bike Ride brings Arlington road closures this weekend

Some routes between Arlington and D.C. will be impacted by a bike ride this weekend.

The 10th annual D.C. Bike Ride will mostly take place in the District on Saturday, but will take two detours across the Potomac, according to a list of road closures.

Arlington Memorial Bridge will be closed from 6-9:30 a.m. between Memorial Circle and the Lincoln Memorial. Additionally, Ramp G on I-395 will be closed from the Pentagon City exit to D.C. between 6 a.m. and noon.

The southbound HOV lanes on I-395 heading out of D.C. will also be closed from 6 a.m. to noon.

The D.C. bike ride is expected to bring about 7,000 riders across 20 total miles of car-free roads, an event spokesperson said.
