Arlington Beer Garden will soon open for business.

Sunday will mark the grand opening at 3217 10th Street N. in Clarendon, starting a new chapter for the establishment formerly known as The Lot.

The Fairfax-based Tejas Singh Band is scheduled to perform, as are two local DJs, according to the venue’s Instagram account.

The beer garden, self-proclaimed as “Clarendon’s go-to for beer, events & hookah,” will be back for another season despite still being on borrowed time. Plans for mixed-use redevelopment were approved by the Arlington County Board last year, but delays have pushed the project back, with no clear timetable for starting construction.

“When that time comes, we’ll get into that,” co-owner Yahya Yasini told ARLnow in March.

Sunday’s festivities are scheduled to kick off around noon and run until 2 a.m. Daily hours are not listed currently on the beer garden’s website.
