Bobalicious Cafe, an eatery and bubble tea shop, opened for business at 3000 Washington Blvd in Clarendon last week.
The new cafe serves a variety of milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, coffee and other chilled drinks. “Favorites” on the menu include milk tea, brown sugar milk tea, taro slush, cappuccino smoothie, Thai tea, sea salt coffee, passion fruit green tea, lychee green tea, peach black tea, and mango slush.
The menu also features customizable poke bowls and Vietnamese cuisine, such as pho, banh mi and summer rolls, owner April Luong said.
Bobalicious is located next to Endo Sushi and JVA Day Spa, taking the place of former Oby Lee Winery and Coffee Shop, which closed its doors last spring.
The cafe joins several other bubble-tea-serving establishments in the area, including Gong Cha in Clarendon, Poke It Up in Ballston and Kung Fu Tea locations in Clarendon and Ballston.
To mark the grand opening, through tomorrow (Friday) all food at Bobalicious is 20% off and customers who buy three drinks can get a fourth for free.
