Good Company Doughnuts plans to roll out new food truck in Rosslyn

Arlington’s Good Company Doughnuts is debuting a new food truck to share its sweet treats, coffee and breakfast across the region.

The local shop — which has locations in Ballston, Crystal City and D.C. — is hoping to park regularly in Rosslyn in addition to catering at events throughout the region.

“We’re always looking for opportunities to sell the donuts to new customers in new areas,” co-founder Charles Kachadoorian told ARLnow. “We had an opportunity to buy a really good used food truck that was well-built … we’re finally getting ready to launch the truck.”

It’s called Sprinkles

  • The truck will offer donuts and pastries as well as coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies and tea. Catering events may request breakfast and lunch sandwiches, too.
  • The shop tentatively plans to park at 1735 N. Lynn Street in Rosslyn “a couple” days per week. An official schedule may be available later this month.
  • Catering reservations should be made at least a day in advance.

‘Kiddough’ event happening this weekend

  • Good Company is also hosting a “kiddough” donut decorating party at its store at 1350 S. Eads Street at 2 p.m. this Saturday.
  • The Sprinkles truck may be booked for events to include a similar donut decorating bar, Kachadoorian said.
  • The truck is currently permitted to operate in Arlington and Fairfax counties, with D.C. permits pending.
