The burgeoning coworking space signed on a record number of members in February, pushing membership closer to capacity and paving the way for expansion into new locations.

When our son started getting his “permanent” teeth we noticed two of them on the upper level were not coming in at what we imagined was “the right place.” In fact, they were growing through his top gum.
They looked a little alarming, but naturally, I convinced my wife to be patient and that he would “grow out of it” (such a dad thing to say, isn’t it?) and everything would be fine.

“When we want to do something, we search. But unfortunately sifting through many pages of search results is time consuming and does not factor in our specific intentions or personal preferences. As a result we default by going to the same places that we already know and deprive ourselves of new experiences.” said Pierre Malko, Dante’s CEO. “With Ouli, the app does all the hard work of crunching through hundreds of possibilities and presents you with three personalized options that are a good fit for the activity you want to do.”

“It’s a very, very different time from when [ASAP] first started,” says Mohammad Shiekhy, owner of the shop. He had founded ASAP in 1986 with a friend as an investor, but back then he had been a systems engineer at MCI, not a printer. “I helped with the marketing, set up, and the paperwork, but my main job was engineering,” Mohammad explains. “Then in 1990 my partner was leaving, so I bought his share and started running ASAP full-time.”
The Board worked with a local consulting agency to assist in the six-month search process.

After conducting twenty first-round interviews and eight second-round interviews, we determined that Elizabeth was undoubtedly the best candidate for the position. Elizabeth has served in various roles at OAR and has a strong history of moving OAR in a positive direction for our agency partners and our clients. The Board shares her vision for OAR’s future as a nationally recognized and groundbreaking restorative justice agency.”

“The opening of the Holy Door, something most of us see only a few times in our lives, is meant to be a great symbol of Christ,” wrote Bishop Loverde in a letter to Catholics of the Diocese on December 1. “When a pilgrim walks through that door, he or she should be reminded of how the Lord Jesus is the gate through which we pass from sin to grace.”
To mark the Jubilee, Pope Francis asked every diocese to designate and open a Holy Door at the diocesan cathedral or at a church of special significance through which pilgrims can pass. Saint Thomas More Cathedral has been the principal church of the Diocese of Arlington since its founding in 1974. In addition to serving as the church for Saint Thomas More parish, the cathedral is the site of many diocesan-wide celebrations, including ordinations to the priesthood and diaconate, the Holy Thursday Chrism Mass, the Marriage Jubilee Mass and the Rite of Election. The HolyDoor will be marked with a sign inviting pilgrims to an experience of God’s mercy.
