Arlington County and surrounding areas are under a Wind Advisory Sunday afternoon and evening.
The advisory was issued Saturday, ahead of what is expected to be a very breezy and potentially hazardous end to the weekend.
Arlington and other parts of the D.C. area are under a Frost Advisory tonight.
Temperatures are expected to dip into the mid-30s early Wednesday morning, potentially damaging sensitive plants.
County and VDOT crews are already pretreating roads ahead of the potentially snowy and slippery weather.
