AHRA Cafe and Sandwich Bar opened today in the WJLA building in Rosslyn (1100 Wilson Boulevard).

The 2,200 square foot restaurant, which replaced Mr. Lee’s coffee shop and two other small businesses in the building’s lobby, will serve breakfast and lunch for hungry Rosslyn office workers.

A search for a website, Facebook page or phone number associated with the restaurant yielded no results.

They’re open, but not fully ready yet. The meat is good, but they don’t have all their ingredients. No cash register or menu posted yet either.

    According to the printed menu:

No cash register? Is it all free?

Owner told me this morning that they opened now to work out kinks and will be fully operational next Tuesday, Jan 18.

    Looks very inviting.

Awesome. Another breakfast and lunch-only restaurant that will contribute to Rosslyn’s complete and utter lifelessness after quitting time.

I don’t disagree with your sentiment, but that particular location wouldn’t lend itself very well for a ‘real’ restaurant.

It is sad that the landlord of 1100 Wilson Boulevard forced out several unique small businesses at the end of June. The same thing is happening at Union Station.
