Vigorous Workouts, Rigorous Sanitation: VIDA Fitness Reopens in Ballston with New Safety Protocols

Ballston’s VIDA Fitness near Ballston Quarter has reopened and is welcoming back clients with new sanitation and distancing protocols that assure the safety of the members and staff.

The 29,000-square-foot, brand new, state-of-the-art health and fitness center, which opened (and closed) earlier this year, is welcoming prospective new members with complimentary visits to see for themselves the spacious weight-lifting floors, socially distanced cardio machines and the ever-challenging group fitness classes that are included with each membership.

VIDA Fitness believes Ballston-area residents need the physical and emotional benefits of exercise now more than ever, which is why they have done extensive research into best-practices and trained each staff member on how to maintain a level of sanitation that allows clients to totally focus on their workout to achieve maximum benefits.

Among other cleaning processes, VIDA Fitness is using Tersano, applied by electrostatic sprayer, to disinfect the gym’s entrance foyer, the Fuel Bar, the fitness studios, the locker rooms, the Aura Spa, the SweatBox studio, the pilates studio and each piece of equipment for class or personal training before and after each use.

As a bonus, VIDA Fitness validates three-hours of parking for $1. To get started, fill out the form to receive information about your personal tour, or download the convenient app.

Get in shape, stay in shape, stay safe.

VIDA Fitness is located at 4040 Wilson Boulevard, adjacent to Ballston Quarter and near the Ballston-MU and Virginia Square Metro stations. Email [email protected] or call 571-970-6408 for more information.
