Just Listed in Arlington

Just Listed highlights Arlington properties that just came on the market. This biweekly feature is written and sponsored by Coral Gundlach Homes.

Hello Arlington!

Coral Gundlach here with Coral Gundlach Homes at Compass in Arlington. I’ve been an Arlington homeowner since 2001 and a Realtor since 2004. I love this real estate market, even though it has its challenges.

Inventory in Arlington real estate continues to be light.

As of today (Friday, March 1) there are 225 listings in Active or Coming Soon, and 200 of those are Active.

There were 51 new listings as of publication time. They range from a $174,900 one bedroom co-op in River Place to a $3,595,000 pre-construction new build in Lyon Village.

Only 22 of those were detached homes that were just listed or re-listed in the past week (re-listed could mean after a price reduction or a change to the home). However, there were also 21 detached homes that went under contract in the last 7 days. So just about as many as we are listing are getting scooped up.

The remaining homes break down as follows:

  • 4 new townhouses between $599,000 and $1,074,999
  • 20 condos or co-ops (non-townhouse style) ranging between $174,900 and $1,150,000.

Contact Coral Gundlach Homes today at (703) 200-3631 or email [email protected] to talk more about buying or selling Arlington real estate.

This week’s Just Listed features:

2801 N. Dinwiddie, Arlington VA, 22207 — $1,195,000

One that got scooped up and went straight to Pending this past week was 2801 N. Dinwiddie, for $1,195,000 which was scored by my lucky buyers. It was a 3 bedroom, 3 bath split level with an addition in popular Shirley Woods in 22207. It got 4 offers after one weekend on the market. It was listed by Carolyn Connell of Keller Williams.

6577 29th Street North, Arlington VA, 22213 — $2,599,000

Another detached home that was just re-listed after going off the market to finish construction, with a new price and has its first house this weekend — 6577 29th Street North is a brand new beauty listed by Chris Kopisades of Beacon Crest Homes, with an asking price of $2,599,000. It is a stunning Transitional style home with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and over 5380 square feet in popular Berkshire Oakwood, just about a mile from the East Falls Church Metro. It’s Open Sunday, March 3 from 1-4 p.m.

As always, I am here to answer your questions or help you see any of these newly listed homes on the market.
