Two new on-site restaurants are planning to open at The Key, Rosslyn’s forthcoming Hilton hotel.
Signage for Locket, a restaurant with “fine American cuisine,” and Scott’s Coffee Shop & Mart have appeared at 1900 Fort Myer Drive. Both plan to open alongside the hotel this fall, a representative for Dittmar Company, the building’s property manager, told ARLnow.
Locket hopes to offer all-day service
- Locket is managed by Metropolitan Hospitality Group, the same team behind Circa, SALT and Open Road Grill.
- A two-story dining room on the lobby level can fit about 200 guests, while a private dining room connects to the hotel’s exterior patio.
- “Dittmar Company selected to work with MHG because of their local presence and high standard of quality and excellence in their food and atmosphere,” a Dittmar representative wrote in an email.
Grab-and-go breakfast at Scott’s
- The upcoming cafe plans to offer to-go breakfast sandwiches and pre-made snacks and meals.
- Dittmar plans to operate the restaurant in-house.
