A sauna franchise is preparing to open a studio in Clarendon.
Perspire Sauna Studio is in development across the street from the Clarendon Metro station, according to public records and new storefront signage. The company claims that its infrared sauna and therapy services, available in packages and monthly memberships, come with numerous health benefits.

- A permit application that Perspire filed earlier this month calls for “interior alterations to a vacant first generations space” on the first floor.
- Monthly memberships at a Falls Church location range from $129 for four sessions to $249 for unlimited services. Single sessions cost $59.
- Elsewhere in the building, confection shop Kilwins hopes to open in mid-September while Paris Baguette is now targeting this winter.
