WEATHER ALERT: Another Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for Arlington and the D.C. area

Get ready for more storms.

While thousands of people are still without power in Arlington and Falls Church, another round of stormy and potentially damaging weather is on the way.

For the second day in a row, a Severe Thunderstorm Watch was just issued for much of the D.C. area. The watch is in effect until 9 p.m.

Damaging wind gusts, plus hail and potentially a couple of tornados, are possible with storms later today, forecasters say.
