A full slate of new businesses have opened in recent weeks and months at the West Falls development in Falls Church.
A daycare, dance studio, Chase Bank and Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls are just some of the project’s newest retailers — and even more restaurants, including an ice cream parlor and a ramen bar, are on their way this spring and summer.

Chase has other nearby locations at Bailey’s Crossroads and the Seven Corners Center, as well as in Ballston, Rosslyn, Pentagon City and Clarendon.

CityDance
This D.C.-area nonprofit’s new dance studio takes students from 18 months old to adults. Dance styles include ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, tap and zumba. Other CityDance locations are in Bethesda, Rockville and D.C.

Levine Music
Another arts nonprofit, Levine Music, is offering music lessons at its new West Falls studio. Resources at the new location include a digital piano lab, performance and recital space, and classrooms for early childhood music education.

Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls
The seafood franchise is still celebrating its grand opening after appearing last month at West Falls. Through April 30, customers can enter to win a year of free, weekly lobster rolls, or a branded YETI tumbler.

Perspire Sauna Studio
This new wellness-themed sauna studio offers treatments with infrared and red light, among other therapies. Memberships start at $129 per month for four treatment sessions.

Tierra Encantada
This daycare and early childhood education center provides kids with Spanish immersion through a curriculum that encourages fluency.

Ice Cream Jubilee
Expected opening: This spring
Ice cream flavors at this popular D.C.-area shop include banana pudding, coffee toffee and mint chocolate brownie. This spring’s rotating seasonal flavor is cherry blossom cheesecake.

BurgerFi
Expected opening: This spring
Fast-casual eatery BurgerFi offers nine signature burgers, in addition to grilled and fried chicken sandwiches, hot dogs and salads. Sides include fresh-cut fries and house-made onion rings, plus a variety of custard desserts.
Honoo Ramen Bar
Expected opening: This spring
This full-service restaurant plans to offer various Japanese dishes, including yakitori skewers, aburasoba noodles and its namesake, ramen. Honoo currently has one other location in Richmond.

Dok Khao Thai Eatery
Expected opening: August
Dok Khao’s menu, inspired by foods at night markets in Bangkok, includes small plates, salad, curry, noodles and sweets from a dessert bar. It also hopes to offer craft cocktails and gourmet coffee.
