Arlington’s bagel craze is spreading.
Bullfrog Bagels in flavors such as poppyseed, sesame, cinnamon raisin and everything became available today (Monday) at the Ghostburger stall at Upside on Moore in Rosslyn.
Customers can order the bagels individually, in an assortment of six or as part of Ghostburger’s breakfast sandwiches, the food hall said in a press release.
Sandwich options include The Rosslyn, with scrambled egg, American cheese and dijon mayo, and Spensers’ Shroom-Alone, with scrambled egg, cremini mushrooms, tomato and green onion. They’re also available in build-your-own varieties.
“Our team is back at it with something else exciting coming from the kitchen, and this time it’s bagel sandwiches for breakfast and lunch,” Upside on Moore said in a press release.
Through Friday, the first 10 customers of the day at Ghostburger (1700 N. Moore Street) get a free bagel with a spread.
This is just the latest bagel expansion in Arlington. In Ballston, new locations of Bagel Uprising and Call Your Mother opened earlier this year, while a PopUp Bagels spot is on its way.
Alexandria-based Bagel Uprising was recently voted “Best New Restaurant in Arlington” in a recent ARLnow Readers’ Choice poll.
Ghostburger’s new offerings will be in competition with Bethesda Bagels, which has sold New York-style bagels across the street from the Rosslyn Metro station since 2018.
