A dermatology studio in Clarendon has closed, leaving a 3,000-square-foot vacancy in a shopping center undergoing significant changes.
Ever/Body, located between Chip City and The Golden Fox Boutique, shuttered after two years in business at 2800 Clarendon Blvd. The closure comes as the nearby Barnes & Noble undergoes remodeling and The Crossing Clarendon prepares to welcome a new restaurant.
Big changes are happening nearby
- Regency Centers lists Ever/Body’s space as “available soon.” The spa has one other regional location in D.C.’s Logan Circle neighborhood.
- The shopping center’s longtime Barnes & Noble has also closed for consolidation and renovations, with the ax-throwing bar Three Notch’d Brewing Co. slated to open on the ground floor in 2026.
- Nearby, crews were spotted painting the forthcoming Westville restaurant’s exterior today (Thursday).
Westville prepares for summer opening
- The casual American restaurant is eyeing a mid-July opening where Jos. A. Bank closed, a Westville representative told ARLnow.
- Promising a “veggie-forward” menu, the new restaurant will be Westville’s tenth location and first to open outside of New York City.
- Next-door, Evereve, a women’s clothing store, opened for business in April.
