(Updated at 4:10 p.m. on 12/23/21) A 35-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a woman who was oblivious to the whole thing.
The incident happened just after noon on Tuesday, on the 3700 block of Wilson Blvd in Virginia Square.
(Updated at 3:4o p.m. on 12/23/21) A 42-year-old man was arrested yesterday after police say he was masturbating along the W&OD Trail, in Bluemont Park.
The incident happened around 1:30 p.m., out in the open in broad daylight, with a number of people around using the park and the trail at the time. It happened near the train car, just a short distance from Ashlawn Elementary School.
Police say 55-year-old Donald Lee Duncan was spotted walking naked along the 800 block of S. Harrison Street, in the Arlington Mill neighborhood, around 10 a.m.
Duncan, an Arlington resident, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and being drunk in public.
Police say the man was urinating in public on the 4200 block of N. Fairfax Drive when he exposed himself to a woman who was walking by.

The incident happened just before 7 p.m. The man was standing in one of the library’s aisles when he “took his pants off in front of” the girl, according Arlington County Police.
The teen immediately ran to an employee and reported the incident, said ACPD spokesman Dustin Sternbeck. Police were called but by then the man had fled.
The first incident happened about a block from the Whole Foods, just before 7 p.m. From an ACPD crime report:
EXPOSURE, 151113043, 2600 block of N. Clarendon Boulevard. At approximately 6:55 p.m. on November 13, an unknown male subject exposed his genitals to a female victim. The suspect is described as a black male in his twenties, approximately 5’9″ and weighed 160 lbs. He was wearing dark jeans, a dark zippered hoodie, and had short cropped hair.
The incident happened around 3 a.m. Thursday morning, at either the Best Western or the Comfort Inn on the 2400 block of S. Glebe Road.
Unsurprisingly, the man was under the influence of drugs at the time, according to police. From an ACPD crime report:
The incident was reported around 11:30 a.m. in Benjamin Banneker Park, near East Falls Church, according to Arlington County Police.
Police say “an unknown male subject was seen standing naked in the bushes” along the W&OD trail. A man walking his dog saw the man and called police.
The incident happened around 7 a.m. on the 1900 block of N. Uhle Street, which is about five blocks from the Courthouse Metro station.
“At approximately 7:00 a.m. a male subject was seen masturbating in front of a daycare,” according to this week’s Arlington County crime report. “Felipe Jones Degado, 45, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with public masturbation. He is being held without bond.”

Nude Glebe Road Runner Identified — Police say the man arrested for running naked along Glebe Road while screaming at passing cars is Timothy Lowe. Lowe was previously arrested for doing pushups in the buff, in the middle of a street in the Nauck neighborhood. He also spoke out against alleged police harassment at a community forum last year. Police found a “large quantity of crack” after Lowe was arrested yesterday, said Arlington County Police spokesman Dustin Sternbeck.
