Question: Admittedly, I thought I would be more successful learning about the home-buying process online, but realizing it’s difficult to get clear answers that apply locally. Arrest Made in Rosslyn Stabbing — “Police identified the [stabbing] suspect as Isiah Hill, 61, of Washington D.C. and obtained warrants for Aggravated Malicious Wounding and Abduction.
