If the last time you got in your car you thought it was hot enough to bake a cake, you’re not far off! The internet is full of recipes for dashboard cookies and pizza, helping to keep your house cool and energy costs down when the heat rises, while also fueling your sugar tooth. But if your car can warm up enough to bake cookies, that means temperatures (inside and outside of your car) may also be dangerous.

Renting property in the D.C. area can be very lucrative when done properly. Unfortunately, many first-time landlords find themselves in time-consuming and expensive situations because they never took the time to learn how to choose the right tenants.

When it comes to Rosé wine, vintage is more important than most people think. Rosé recently has become the cool thing to drink outside amongst friends. I mean, why not? Just Listed highlights Arlington properties that just came on the market within the past week. This feature is written and sponsored by Team Cathell, “Your Orange Line Specialists.”

As the summer begins, Arlington’s real estate market remains vibrant. Sellers were busy listing 76 homes, and buyers were busy ratifying 69 contracts. Some 22 of those homes sold within a week. The average days on market dropped to just 35. There are now 584 homes actively available on the market. At the current absorption rate, that’s only 2.1 months supply of inventory, nearly the same as the peak of the Spring market.
