Family Still Searching for Missing Arlington Woman — Family and friends spent the weekend searching for Katherine Hawald, who went missing Thursday, last seen in Arlington. A teen considered “critically missing” and possibly in need of medical attention has just been found, according to police.

The 15-year-old boy was last seen around 8 p.m. tonight in the Lyon Park neighborhood before going missing, prompting a countywide alert and press release (below) from Arlington County Police. Officers canvassed the neighborhood and called in the Fairfax County Police helicopter to assist with the search.

Jessica Baires was last seen at the intersection of N. Pershing Drive and N. Thomas Street in Buckingham.

She is described as a Hispanic female with fair complexion, brown eyes and long curly brown hair. She is 5-foot-3 tall and weighs approximately 132 pounds. She was last seen wearing dark blue jeans and black shoes.

Earlier: Arlington police are searching for a man who went missing from the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City earlier this afternoon.

Paul Lowe, 41, was last seen at the mall at around 2 p.m. According to police, he is described as a light skinned black male, approximately 6-foot-2 with a slim build, bald with a small goatee. He was last seen wearing a blue plaid shirt with blue jeans. Lowe is described as having the mental capacity of a 10-year-old.

Update 8:50 p.m. – Olga Price was found safely in Washington, D.C. earlier this afternoon, after being declared missing on Saturday morning.

Earlier: The Virginia State Police issued a senior alert earlier this morning on behalf of Arlington police, who are looking for a missing woman.

Woman Arrested in Williamsburg Murder Case — A 27-year-old Maryland woman has been arrested and charged with being an accessory to last month’s homicide at a house party in the Williamsburg neighborhood. A press release does not specify how Monique Williams allegedly helped the suspect, Jason Allen Johnson, who remains at large. [Arlington County]

Police Looking for Missing Teen — Fairfax County Police are leading the search for Alex Daniel Terceros, a developmentally disabled 17-year-old who was reportedly last seen at the under-renovation Ballston Common Mall, after his mom dropped him off at the mall. [Fox 5]

Police Search for Missing BoyUpdated — Arlington County Police were looking for a missing 13-year-old boy who may have run away from home yesterday evening. The boy took his bike and possibly camping gear, according to police and to scanner traffic. Police say the boy has since been “located in good health.” [Arlington County]

Carpool to Close, Move — The end is near for Carpool, the popular Ballston bar has kept on ticking despite originally being slated to close this past summer to make way for a redevelopment.
