The crew behind an acclaimed Falls Church sushi restaurant is bringing its newest endeavor to Rosslyn.

Neko Panchi, from the husband-wife duo that operates Yume Sushi in Falls Church, will be the newest eatery at the food hall Upside on Moore at 1700 N. Moore Street. It’s scheduled to open on Monday, Nov. 17, according to a press release.

A 19-year-old from the Richmond area has been accused of making a bomb threat against Yorktown High School in September.

Alexander Blake Berg was arrested last month and charged with two felonies over the September threat, which didn’t close the school but did result in an increased police presence on campus.

A 57-year-old suspect was pulled over on the 1400 block of S. Glebe Road after police observed a traffic violation just before 8:30 p.m. Thursday, ACPD said.

The Arlington County Police Department is searching for two suspects accused of carjacking a man in Crystal City early this morning (Tuesday).

Police said the masked suspects were armed with knives when they approached the victim on the 2300 block of S. Eads Street around 2:30 a.m. and demanded the keys to his vehicle.

American Airlines intends to fight a recently filed lawsuit over the mid-air crash that killed 67 people near Reagan National Airport earlier this year.

The airline denies allegations that a failure to address known safety issues makes it partly responsible for the incident on Jan. 29. The company told ARLnow that it “has been supporting the families and loved ones” of crash victims and underscored its commitment to traveler safety.

Yorktown High School will see an increased police presence today after a bomb threat was made against the school.

Arlington County police responded to the school around 3:30 a.m. Thursday, shortly after becoming aware of a threat being posted online, according to an ACPD spokesperson.
