The eatery, which opened its doors last week, has applied for three use permits at the 7,100 square foot property — two of which would re-establish the outdoor presence put in place under the former Bar Ivy.

Ballston Quarter will soon be home to a new all-you-can-eat hot pot and Korean barbecue restaurant.
Top Pot has begun appearing on signs around the mall, as well as on the shopping center’s website. The restaurant’s website lists the Ballston location as “coming soon” and signs indicate that it will be somewhere at street level — likely either inside the main mall or along Wilson Blvd.

Update on 6/10/24 — Van Leeuwen will open on Tuesday, June 11, after all, a PR rep says. The shop will offer $1 scoops from 3-5 p.m. as originally planned
