Illy, age 103, of Arlington, VA recently passed away peacefully at home… She came to Washington, DC to work for the government, met Bob, and they married in 1953. Robbery in Ballston — “The male suspect entered the business and attempted to purchase merchandise at the counter. When the suspect’s payment declined, he jumped over the counter and grabbed cartons of cigarettes.
