Authentic crafts and live performances will spotlight Southeast Asian cultures this weekend at a bazaar in Pentagon City.

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations plans to host the ASEAN & Friends Bazaar from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City.


Pubs, political parties and clubs across Arlington will be hosting watch events as election results trickle in tomorrow night.

On Sunday, the 49th Marine Corps Marathon — dubbed “The People’s Marathon” — will kick off at 7:55 a.m. at Route 110, between the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery.

The Arlington Public Library fall book sale is back for a few days of bargain book deals.

The booster group Friends of the Arlington Public Library is holding the event in the Central Library parking garage at 1015 N. Quincy Street, offering thousands of books, games, puzzles and comics for sale. It will start with a “members only” event this afternoon and opening to the public tomorrow morning.
