As of July 4, the median list price for homes on the market is $569,900, and the median sales price was $725,000. Additionally, homes are spending an average of 61 days on the market.
Throughout June, we highlighted dozens of recently sold properties in Arlington, ranging from “budget buys” to homes sold for well over asking price.
Taking a look back, 234 new listings hit the market in the past four weeks, according to Homesnap. In total, there are more than 750 homes on the market — 497 condos, 213 detached homes and 48 townhomes.
This past week, 58 properties were reported sold across Arlington. This included an eight-bedroom new construction home near Crystal City that sold for $2.1 million.
Looking at the big picture, as of June 20, there are 736 homes for sale in Arlington, according to Homesnap. This includes 498 condos, 195 detached homes and 43 townhomes.
With so many people wanting to buy a home in Arlington — and not enough homes on the market — it can be difficult to find decent options.

The median list price was $584,900 whereas the median sales price was $701,250. Additionally, homes spent an average of 58 days on the market.

As of May 23, there were 713 homes listed for sale in Arlington, according to Homesnap. This includes 480 condos, 190 detached homes and 43 townhomes.
